Ai Power Quality Control
1. Make Design
Once we receive order, firstly we will make all the design and then confirm with our client. After got confirmation, we will start production.
2. Receiving Inspection
When we receive all the engine, alternator, radiator, and other materials, our QC people will check the appearance, structure, size, spare parts, docs. Any defective goods are found, it will be returned to supplier. And only the quality goods will go into production department.
3. Production Inspection
During the production, every step has QC people to check semi-finished products, if any defective goods are found, it will be returned to former step, until it pass quality control, it can go to next step. The QC will check all the unfinished steel frame, each pieces of silent canopy, electrical panels wiring, assemble parts etc.
4. Finished Products Testing
All the finished products will go into testing room, after passed all kinds of testing, it will go into storage, the failed products will return to production dep.to redo the work.
